Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers (natural persons purchasing goods for private use) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins on the day the last item is received by you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier).

The withdrawal deadline is met if the notification is sent before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you originally used, and no fees will be charged for this refund.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever is earlier.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods

  • Goods that are clearly tailored to your individual needs
